How to Request a Return
Please email us letting us know the issue or reason for returning, our team will review and respond within 2 business days.

Reach us at hello@creationsofchrist.com to initiate your return within 30 days of delivery. After submitting a return request

For items that arrive damaged, please include a photo of the damage with your return request to help us quickly assess the issue and resolve it for you.

Once your return is accepted, please send the item back within 30 days to keep the return request valid.

Handling and Repackaging
To ensure a smooth return, we ask that you repackage the artwork securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. We reserve the right to deny returns if the artwork arrives damaged due to inadequate packaging.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you regarding the refund approval status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If you did not select Free Returns + Package Protection, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund amount. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.
