How to Request a Return
You can start your return anytime through our returns portal. Simply visit our Returns Portal to initiate your return within 30 days of delivery.
For items that arrive damaged, please select the damaged item reason in the returns portal and upload a photo of the damage to help us quickly assess the issue and resolve it for you.
Once your return is accepted, please send the item back within 30 days to keep the return request valid.

At checkout, we offer Checkout+, an optional add-on that provides both free return shipping and package protection for your order:
- Free Return Shipping: If you need to return an item, your return shipping label is covered.
- Package Protection: If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, you can submit a claim, and upon approval, receive a same-item replacement at no extra cost.
- Checkout+ cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase and will not be included in refund amounts, and coverage cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.

Handling and Repackaging
To ensure a smooth return, we ask that you repackage the artwork securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. We reserve the right to deny returns if the artwork arrives damaged due to inadequate packaging.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you regarding the refund approval status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If you did not select Free Returns + Package Protection, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund amount. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.
