We are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your art purchase. Our 30-day return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of delivery. Every piece is produced on demand, custom-printed specifically for you, so please review the guidelines below before initiating a return.

Checkout+ Free Returns & Package Protection

Checkout+ (shown at checkout as Free Returns + Package Protection) is an optional add-on, that you can select at checkout. It includes two protections on your order:

• Free Return Shipping: If you return an eligible item, your prepaid return shipping label is covered at no additional cost, nothing is deducted from your refund.
• Package Protection+: If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, file a claim through our Returns Portal and, upon approval, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

• Checkout+ must be added at checkout — coverage cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.
• Checkout+ cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase and is not included in refund or store credit amounts.
• Declining Checkout+ doesn't affect your right to return — return shipping costs are simply deducted from your refund (store credit exchanges always ship back free).

Changed Your Mind?

That's okay. You can return any piece within 30 days of delivery for any reason, no explanation needed. The artwork just needs to be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

You have two options:

Exchange for store credit (our recommendation): If you'd prefer a different piece, size, or frame, we'll cover your return shipping and issue full store credit as soon as your return is scanned by the carrier. It's the fastest way to get art you love on your wall.

Refund to original payment: We'll email you a return shipping label. If you added Free Returns + Package Protection to your order, return shipping is completely free. Otherwise, the cost of the label is deducted from your refund.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your artwork or framed print must be in the same condition as when received: unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please have your receipt or proof of purchase available.

How to Request a Return

Please initiate your return within 30 days of delivery by visiting our Return Portal here. 

After submitting a return request, our team will review and respond within 2 business days. If approved, you'll receive a shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Once your return is accepted, please send the item back within 30 days to keep the request valid.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please initiate a return request through our Returns Portal, do not wait.

Photos of both the item and the packaging are required and can be submitted in the returns portal. Without them we may be unable to process your claim with our fulfillment partner.

What Is and Isn't Covered

Covered: qualifies for a free replacement or full refund:

• Item arrives visibly damaged in transit (torn canvas, cracked frame, bent print, etc.)
• Manufacturing or workmanship defect (color banding, ink smear, misprinting, loose stretch bars, etc.)
• Wrong item, size, or artwork shipped

Not covered:

• Color perception differences: Slight variation between on-screen color and the physical print is normal and not a defect. Screens and physical prints use different color spaces. We calibrate our printing process to ensure accuracy, but monitor calibration on your end will give you the most accurate preview.
• Improper display or care: Damage caused after delivery (direct sunlight fading, moisture damage, accidental scratches, etc.) is not covered.
• Final Sale items and gift cards: Items clearly marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase and gift cards cannot be returned. Purchases made with promotional discount codes or during sitewide sales are returnable as normal.
• Claims submitted after 30 days: We are unable to process claims reported more than 30 days after the confirmed delivery date.

Handling and Repackaging

To ensure a smooth return, please repackage your artwork securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. We reserve the right to deny returns if the artwork arrives damaged due to inadequate packaging.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the refund approval status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Store credit exchanges are issued as soon as the carrier scans your return.

If you did not select Free Returns + Package Protection, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund (store credit exchanges always ship back free). Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at hello@creationsofchrist.com.

Our Quality Guarantee

Our prints are produced with archival inks on premium materials and carry a lifetime guarantee on quality and workmanship. If a defect ever surfaces, even well after your purchase, please reach out and we will make it right.

European Union: 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be in its original, unused condition with tags and original packaging, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

If you added Checkout+ (Package Protection+) to your order and your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, file a claim through our Returns Portal and we'll resolve it with a free replacement or refund.
