We are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your art purchase. Our 30-day return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of delivery. Every piece is produced on demand — custom-printed specifically for you — so please review the guidelines below carefully before initiating a return.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your artwork or framed print must be in the same condition as when received — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please have your receipt or proof of purchase available.
If you added Free Returns + Package Protection to your order, your return shipping is completely free. If this protection was not added, a return shipping label will be provided and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund.
How to Request a Return
Please initiate your return within 30 days of delivery by visiting our returns page or emailing hello@creationsofchrist.com.
After submitting a return request, our team will review and respond within 2 business days. If approved, you'll receive a shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.
Once your return is accepted, please send the item back within 30 days to keep the request valid.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately, do not wait. To process a damage or defect claim, we require:

Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

Photos of the original packaging (box, tube, or envelope — even if it appears undamaged externally)

A brief description of the issue
Photos of both the item and the packaging are required — without them we may be unable to process your claim with our fulfillment partner. Email everything to hello@creationsofchrist.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
What Is and Isn't Covered
Covered: qualifies for a free replacement or full refund:

Item arrives visibly damaged in transit (torn canvas, cracked frame, bent print, etc.)

Manufacturing or workmanship defect (color banding, ink smear, misprinting, loose stretch bars, etc.)

Wrong item, size, or artwork shipped
Not covered:

Image resolution issues: All prints are reproduced at the highest fidelity possible from the file provided. Pixelation or blurriness caused by a low-resolution source image is not a manufacturing defect. If you have concerns about image quality before ordering, please contact us first.

Color perception differences: Slight variation between on-screen color and the physical print is normal and not a defect. Screens and physical prints use different color spaces. We calibrate our printing process to ensure accuracy, but monitor calibration on your end will give you the most accurate preview.

Improper display or care: Damage caused after delivery (direct sunlight fading, moisture damage, accidental scratches, etc.) is not covered.

Sale items and gift cards: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Claims submitted after 30 days: We are unable to process claims reported more than 30 days after the confirmed delivery date.
Handling and Repackaging
To ensure a smooth return, please repackage your artwork securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. We reserve the right to deny returns if the artwork arrives damaged due to inadequate packaging.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the refund approval status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If you did not select Free Returns + Package Protection, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at hello@creationsofchrist.com.
Exchanges
For exchanges, the fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired piece.
Our Quality Guarantee
Our prints are produced with archival inks on premium materials and carry a lifetime guarantee on quality and workmanship. If a defect ever surfaces — even well after your purchase, please reach out and we will make it right.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be in its original, unused condition with tags and original packaging, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
If your package appears lost or has not arrived within a reasonable time after the expected delivery window, contact us at hello@creationsofchrist.com and we will investigate with the carrier. For international orders, customs delays are outside our control. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the order total.
