We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing artwork from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"), including all policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including visitors, customers, and contributors of content.

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access the website or use any services. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

All artwork, images, designs, graphics, text, and other content available on this website ("Content") are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The "Creations of Christ"® name and logo are registered trademarks (U.S. Reg. Nos. 8212214 and 8241091) owned by Simkins IP Holding, LLC and used under license by Creations of Christ LLC. The "CC" design mark is a pending trademark of Simkins IP Holding, LLC. All individual artworks sold on this site are protected by copyright. Unauthorized use of any of our trademarks or artwork is prohibited.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to display the physical print in your home or personal space. It does not grant you any right to:

  • Reproduce, copy, scan, or digitally replicate the artwork

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the artwork in any form

  • Use the artwork for commercial purposes, including in advertising, merchandise, or promotional materials

  • Create derivative works based on the artwork

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our artwork may result in civil and criminal penalties under applicable copyright law. If you wish to license our artwork for commercial use, please contact us at hello@creationsofchrist.com.

Nothing on this site grants any license or right to use our trademarks, trade names, or artwork beyond what is expressly stated above.

Section 4 — Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information

We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decisions. Section 6 — Products and Print Production

Our artwork is printed on demand — each piece is custom-produced specifically for your order. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Production time: Orders typically enter production within 1 business day and are ready to ship within 2–3 business days. Production and delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

  • Color accuracy: We strive to display colors as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display accurately represents the colors of the final print. Slight variation between on-screen appearance and the physical print is normal and not a defect.

  • Custom-made nature: Because every item is produced to order, orders cannot be modified or cancelled once production has begun. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

  • Product availability: Certain products may be available in limited quantities or may be discontinued without notice.

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy.

Section 7 — Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address provided at the time of purchase.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely through our payment processors. We do not store your full payment card details.

Section 8 — Third-Party Tools and Links

We may provide you with access to third-party tools that we neither monitor nor control. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind. We shall have no liability arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

Our Site may also contain links to third-party websites. Those sites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by us. You use third-party links at your own risk and we encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

If you send us feedback, reviews, creative ideas, suggestions, or other submissions (collectively, "Submissions"), you agree that we may use, edit, copy, publish, and distribute your Submissions in any medium and for any purpose, including marketing, without restriction and without compensation to you. We are under no obligation to maintain any Submissions in confidence. You represent that your Submissions do not infringe any third party's rights.

The Service and all products delivered to you through the Service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided "as is" and "as available" for your use, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

In no case shall Creations of Christ LLC, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the Service or any products procured using the Service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the Service or any product. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid us for the order giving rise to the claim.

Section 14 — Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Creations of Christ LLC and our subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, employees, and suppliers from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Section 15 — Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms to the extent such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, supply chain disruptions, carrier delays, labor disputes, or failures of third-party service providers. In such circumstances, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and resume performance as soon as practicable.

Section 16 — Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services ("Dispute") shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. You agree to contact us at hello@creationsofchrist.com with a written description of your Dispute before initiating any formal proceeding.

If the Dispute is not resolved within 30 days of written notice, you and Creations of Christ LLC agree that the Dispute shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in a court of law. The arbitration will take place in Salt Lake County, Utah, or remotely if mutually agreed.

You and Creations of Christ LLC each waive the right to a trial by jury and the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative action. You may only bring claims against us in your individual capacity.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

Section 17 — Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Section 18 — Termination

These Terms of Service are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate these Terms at any time by ceasing to use our website and Services. We may terminate these Terms at any time, without notice, if in our sole judgment you fail to comply with any term or provision. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will immediately cease.

Section 19 — Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Creations of Christ LLC and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and us.

Section 20 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. To the extent that any Dispute is not subject to arbitration under Section 16, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.

We reserve the right to update or change any part of these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our website or Service after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
