Shipping policy

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.


Production Time

Every piece is custom-printed to order. Once your order is placed, please allow 2–3 business days for production before your order ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Orders are not produced or shipped on weekends or federal holidays.


Estimated Delivery Times

After your order ships, estimated transit times within the continental U.S. are typically:

  • West Coast: 1–3 business days

  • Midwest: 2–4 business days

  • East Coast: 3–5 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times depend on your location and the carrier. Total time from order to delivery is generally 5–8 business days for most U.S. customers.


Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, FedEx, and UPS depending on your location and the size of your order. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships so you can monitor delivery in real time.


Where We Ship From

Your order is produced and shipped from one of our production facilities in the United States. Because of this, the return address on your package may reflect our production facility rather than our Utah office — this is normal and expected.


PO Boxes

We can ship to PO Boxes via USPS for most standard print sizes. Very large format orders may not be eligible for PO Box delivery due to carrier size restrictions. If you have questions about your specific order, contact us before placing it.


International Shipping

We do ship internationally via USPS for most destinations. Please note:

  • International shipping costs are calculated at checkout

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in your order total. Please check with your country's customs office before ordering.

  • International delivery times vary significantly by destination and are subject to customs processing delays outside our control

  • We are currently unable to ship to Germany due to shipping regulation requirements

International orders are not eligible for free shipping.


Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once an order enters production, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be accommodated. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@creationsofchrist.com and we will do our best to make the correction before production begins.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and around your property

  2. Allow 1–2 additional business days, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered slightly early

  3. Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number

If your package is confirmed lost or has not moved in tracking for an extended period, contact us at hello@creationsofchrist.com and we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please see our Refund Policy for instructions on how to submit a claim, including the photo documentation required.
